Order conditions

These conditions apply to online orders of breakfast boxes for collection from our shop.

Binding order: You can cancel free of charge until the order deadline. After that we prepare your order fresh for you – it must then be paid for even if you do not collect it. There is no statutory right of withdrawal, because we prepare everything fresh and for your collection time.

2. Conclusion of contract

By clicking “Place order” you place a binding order. Before that, you can check and change all details in the form. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email. With this email you receive your order and these conditions for your records. The contract can be concluded in German or English.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euros including VAT. There are no shipping costs. Payment is made on collection in the shop – cash or card.

4. Collection

You collect your order from our shop (Schulweg 14, 6600 Ehenbichl, Austria) on the chosen day at the chosen time. We keep it ready for you until closing time on the collection day. Alcoholic beverages are handed over exclusively to persons aged 16 or over.

5. Free cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge until the order deadline – by phone on +43 664 1659933 or by email to bestellung@lettis-ratschstubn.at. The order deadline is 1:00 pm on the day before collection. For collection on a Monday it is 1:00 pm on the Friday before.

6. Orders not collected

After the order deadline we buy fresh ingredients for your order and prepare it for your collection time. Cancellation is then no longer possible. If you do not collect your order, the agreed price remains payable. We will send an invoice to the email address you provided. It is payable within 14 days. You agree to receive invoices by email.

7. No right of withdrawal

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for this order: we prepare food and drinks fresh and for a fixed collection time, and they can spoil quickly (Section 18 (1) nos. 4 and 10 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, FAGG).
